In MTG Arena: Options → Account → enable Detailed Logs (Plugin Support), restart Arena, wait ~10 seconds on the home screen, then close it.
Click below and pick Arena's Player.log — it's read locally in your browser (the log is never uploaded; card names are looked up via Scryfall).
